Surfing Putsborough beach break

The southern end of Woolacombe beach is called Putsborough and is protected from southerly winds by Baggy Point, so it's the place to check out when Croyde and Saunton are blown out.

Putsborough works at most states of the tide, but usually up to a foot smaller than Croyde. The waves can be good here, so it's always worth checking out.

Good parking, toilets and a great little café.
